Sunday it was a warm sunny day, almost a summer tease. I let Arlin play around upstairs in the studio in his polo short outfit with no socks. I got these pictures, my favorite of the bunch. He is getting very vocal…shhh it’s a secret but I think monkey’s first word is gonna be Mama, we have a video that we’ll post tonight! You can listen and tell me what you think…but I hear “mama”!!!!
I sat Arlin in his hamy-down “Pooh Bear” walker from one of Chad’s buddies. Funny, Arlin LOVED it but I was afraid to leave him in it too long cause S-H-O-R-T-Y pie here can’t reach the floor just yet. (didn’t want to cut his circulation off)
Yes folks, I know…it’s hard to believe… that Chad’s little guy isn’t tall enough to ride this ride.

Arlin and I were again held captive to the upstairs studio while the construction downstairs continued on!
This little red monkey came in an Easter package from my Dad and Shelly. Arlin thinks it’s pretty cool. The eye balls spin around and clank when you shake it. Lot’s of slobbery fun…Of course we’re bound to playing upstairs staying out of the way from the remodeling madness!
This outfit although super cute-only lasted through these few pictures…cranky pants, literally…So, we got all dressed after our rice cereal breakfast in our big boy high chair and our bath time fun. Arlin was fine until I sat him upright in his little bebe pod chair on the sofa. Then he started to squirm & grunt, fussing until I picked him up, then he was fine…if I perched him back upright he started to cry…poor guys pants were too tight! Mister likes to lounge around the house in his p.j. pants…oh, my tubba wub…and his ever so portly belly!
These are the pictures he’s gonna kill me for! But I can’t help but giggle at the opportunity… you can see by the last picture, he’s like “gimme the camera MOM!” ahahaha…I’m going to have quite the collage of pictures for his 18th birthday party! Just kidding….well,maybe not!
Dad’s in San Diego tonight so we hung out and played in our exer-saucer toy to entertain ourselves, the new thing is to see how far we can put the giraffe in our mouth. It’s cute till he gags himself and spits up! He’s got quite the grip these days- glad these toys are bend-y!
The Elmer Fud look! Pamaw bought this hat when she was out visiting us for the Christmas holidays. You can’t but laugh when you put it on him.
Hahaha…I’m still laughing. I came home from the gym and little man was sitting in his bebe pod on the kitchen island while I was checking my email I took off my bandana and Arlin reached for it…and put it on! just kidding, yes mean mommy again- I couldn’t help myself…La vida loca!

Arlin was having quite the conversation with his pirate! Should of had the video camera on and ready to capture this moment, but hey- can’t complain I got these pictures. This little pirate doll was handmade by our friend Jacquie, gonna have to send these pics. her way so she can see how much A.J. loves his bud.

Mean mommy…I know. But I could not resist. Organizing Stella’s toys I came across this little number and well the picture pretty much sums it up. Poor little guy was just rousing from a nap in his swing and I snapped a few shots.hahhaha.
