Today Arlin graduated to his Big Boy seat for his stroller. It sits him way more upright than his car seat does. We faced him outwards so he could check everything out when we went for a walk to Broadway Street to our friend Alex’s restaurant. Arlin was enamored by all the sights. I think he liked it, he couldn’t stop smiling.
And the Bunny ear picture Papa is going to kill me for! I already got the…
“Mama, you better not post these!!!”
Oops! I forgot. It was too cute. Stella and I laughed forever playing with our little doll of a guy!
Just snapped a few shots…just got done reading the story “Frog and the Princess.” I thought of Palmer Sioux and Abby when I bought this cute t-shirt for Arlin at the outlet malls, had they had another one Palmer would have been in business with a new tee, cause he’s officially the boxer out these two little guys! 🙂 We’ve had construction guys at the house last few days so Captain Jack and I have been trying to stay out of the way…All toys have been relocated to the upstairs studio area. I am not looking forward to the length of this project, but I suppose slate floors will be well worth the wait!
This outfit although super cute-only lasted through these few pictures…cranky pants, literally…So, we got all dressed after our rice cereal breakfast in our big boy high chair and our bath time fun. Arlin was fine until I sat him upright in his little bebe pod chair on the sofa. Then he started to squirm & grunt, fussing until I picked him up, then he was fine…if I perched him back upright he started to cry…poor guys pants were too tight! Mister likes to lounge around the house in his p.j. pants…oh, my tubba wub…and his ever so portly belly!
These are the pictures he’s gonna kill me for! But I can’t help but giggle at the opportunity… you can see by the last picture, he’s like “gimme the camera MOM!” ahahaha…I’m going to have quite the collage of pictures for his 18th birthday party! Just kidding….well, maybe not!
Wow, how time flies. March 7th Arlin will be 5 months old. He is such a big boy. Rice cereal is going good, no tummy problems so we are on our way to some banana or pear mixed cereals within the next couple of weeks. Although I’m not in an hurry to get captain Jack hooked on
foods- cause this guy likes to eat!
Dad’s in San Diego tonight so we hung out and played in our exer-saucer toy to entertain ourselves, the new thing is to see how far we can put the giraffe in our mouth. It’s cute till he gags himself and spits up! He’s got quite the grip these days- glad these toys are bend-y!
