This is “monkers”(his new nickname lately-don’t ask how) first bath in a sink. I got some shots he’ll probably kill me for when he is older, but Mommy had to do it! I simply couldn’t resist capturing these ever so “portly” shots! hahaha

This was little mans first nap on his tummy. He normally never rests his head when he’s on his belly, but his puppy wore him out! He has been mesmerized by this little white puppy from my Dad and Shelly. He pulls it down from his changing table ledge daily to give it slobbery kisses!

I must say…I am one lucky Mom. Arlin was fantastic away from home. I was a little apprehensive about the trip, but he slept in his pack and play in the living room, took a bath in the bathroom sink and had fun with us frolicking in the snow at Beaver Creek! He sure did surprise me. Arlin’s Ugg snow suit was too cute! And he fit right in with the other babies looking like a pro. 😉

Arlin loves his new rattle! Shake,shake,shake… until he taps himself in the face with it! Then it’s game over. I picked up the rattle when I went to return the “tummy time surfboard” to Rite Start that my mom got for Arlin at my request…over Christmas. Funny, the things you think babies will absolutely love, they end up liking it NOT so much!
This morning Arlin was an angel, he played quietly in his crib so I could catch up on my morning chores, as I had an early Chiropractic appointment, I threw out my back, took a spill in front of the gym the other day on the ice- major raspberry on me bum! Ouch! But the adjustment seemed to go well as I can get up and down easier.

What a big boy! Look at him sitting by himself! Geez…I have to remember he is just three months now, but he is getting so big so fast! I measured him and he is 25 inches long and he weighs in at 16 pounds! These pictures are especially for great grandma Betty. I had tears in my eyes when I put little man in this adorable cable knit jumper-( a present from grandma Betty) She would have loved and have squeezed Arlin so tight! We miss you grandma!
We look like Daddy today. Yesterday it was Mommy…it changes everyday.
I was looking through some of my baby pictures that my mom recently gave me- wow… the similarities are crazy, it’s like looking at pictures of Arlin in the 70’s. If I get time I’ll post a few. Arlin’s into grabbing things lately, he likes his rings. In his hand then in his mouth, he is quite the drool monster these days.

Mean mommy…I know. But I could not resist. Organizing Stella’s toys I came across this little number and well the picture pretty much sums it up. Poor little guy was just rousing from a nap in his swing and I snapped a few shots.hahhaha.
Early morning play time. Wow,buddy it’s early, but o.k. you’re too cute to say no. Little bugger wanted to giggle and play at 5:30am this morning, we’re learning to grab and hold onto our clutch toy. He is so funny when he coo’s he definitely has his own lingo.
I set up another hammy-down toy from one of Chad’s friends tonight after we got home from furniture shopping (we got new barstools yeah!) Arlin was having a hay-day he loved this toy the part he sits in can spin around so he can’t really get bored- I call i the sensory overload 🙂 In one of these pictures he was all about grabbing the monkey.
